Jen Tai Chen D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Jen Tai Chen came to the United States in 1982. Dr. Chen was licensed and practiced dentistry in Taiwan before entering the periodontal graduate program at Ohio State University. He graduated with a Certificate in Periodontics and a Masters of Science in 1984. Later on, in 1986, he earned his DDS degree from the Ohio State University. He has been practicing as a Periodontal specialist ever since.
He moved with his family to Washington State in 1988, and joined M Street Dental as an in-house Periodontist serving Dr. Carpenter’s patients for over 23 years.
Dr. Chen provides surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy to treat patients with periodontal problems, improving oral health and enhancing their smiles. These procedures may include but are not limited to implants, sinus augmentation, osseous surgery, soft tissue graft, connective tissue graft, bone graft, guided tissue regeneration, crown lengthening, etc.
Dr. Chen enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking and traveling.
